Mini Camps allows owners to choose four (4) players on offense and four (4) players on defense to train them on one (1) single rating category to improve it. This can be done to any player on the roster. However, two (2) of the players [one (1) on each side of the ball] must be rookies or second-year players if the team does not have any rookies. The rules that apply to Mini Camps will be sent out before the start of them. These will take place after the traditional Training Camps.
group training gives 20% extra rolls (per player, so if you use 2 players you get 24 rolls, 3 players gets 36 rolls, 4 players gets 48 rolls) * group training is only allowed in same-group positions (QB, RB/FB, WR/TE, OL, DL, LB, DB, K/P) * players must have similar ratings to train, within a 5 point difference (i.e. an 85 speed WR can be trained with an 80 speed WR) * rating and work ethic are averaged to get hit number, work ethic does not have to be similar (this gives you a chance to train those lower work ethic guys, but the higher work ethic guys take a hit because their group work ethic goes down) * after the group rolls are done, points will be evenly distributed amongst the players with the lowest rating(s) getting the extra hits that don't even out (i.e. WRs with 85 speed and 90 speed get 15 hits, 85 speed gets 8 of them and moves up 4 points to 89, 90 speed gets 7 of them and moves up 2 points to 92)
General Rules for Camps- The Higher the WE the better the gains. Once a rating is over 80, it takes two "hits" to bump up 1 point. Over 90 it takes three "hits" to bump up 1 point. 1 rookie from each offense and defense must be selected. If you have no rookies, then they must be second year players. Please post camps in the following order:
